Our seafood pastela is a tribute to the Málaga coastline filtered through the culinary heritage of Al-Andalus. Fresh prawns and squid are combined with a delicate sofrito of aromatic herbs, a touch of saffron and fine vermicelli, all wrapped in layers of handmade pastry baked to a perfect golden colour. It is the natural fusion between the richness of the Mediterranean and the spiced sophistication that characterised the kitchens of ancient Al-Andalus. A premium experience for curious palates.
